Natasha

Natasha is a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Specialist (NSCA) with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Natasha has been involved with sport and fitness from a very young age. Having competed at the Beijing Olympic Trials in 2008 for swimming, she has had first hand experience of being involved with and is extremely passionate about sport and physical fitness at all levels. As a coach she has worked with athletes and the general population of all levels both here in the UK and in the Middle East, as well as corporate clients in a 1-1 setting and small group sessions. 

No goal is ever too big or too small. Goals can be reached, targets can be smashed and health can be improved no matter what stage of your life you are at. Exercise can be fun, exciting and something to look forward to. 

Outside of the gym Natasha can be found either at Anfield supporting her beloved Liverpool with her dad, or at Twickenham supporting the Mighty Quins with friends. Socialising, quality family time and annual trips to the Lake District keep her very happy.
