Jack is a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a degree in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences. Jack has been fortunate enough to work at both ends of the spectrum from elite sport to corporate clients, as well as in other countries, most notably and recently in Geneva, Switzerland. He has a passion for all round human performance to improve your performance in and out of the gym.

Jack used to think he needed a big long, impressive philosophy to my coaching but now he only uses one word and that is ‘adaptable’. The health and fitness industry is constantly evolving and changing and if you don’t stay up to date, with the ability to adapt and implement the changes, you will fall behind. That is why you will always find him reading something new around human performance and trying to stay up to date on the latest knowledge.

Outside of coaching and the gym and his own love of training, Jack is a huge sports fan, watching or playing sports from NFL to cricket. He loves being around people, hanging out with friends and having a good time outside and being active in any way that he can.
