We know the typical gym environment isn't for everyone - so we do things differently. When you work on your health at Fitness Lab, you'll be doing so in our unique private 'pod' environment.
In your pod, you'll work one-on-one with your coach. Your spacious pod will also have all the equipment you need for your session - from cardio and weightlifting equipment through to mats, towels, and conditioning equipment.
For you, this means no unwanted attention as you work out - and you'll never be queuing for machines or having to wipe them down before you start. We make sure nothing is standing in the way of what you want to achieve.
