With a woman at the very top of our business, we understand that gyms and even private personal training studios don't always feel like the safe and confidence-inspiring places they should if you're a woman who wants to start a fitness journey. Because of this, we offer female clients the chance to work privately and exclusively with female personal trainers.

When you work with one of the highly qualified female personal trainers on our team, you'll have your own dedicated 'pod' space - private and exclusively yours for your session. If your coach is ever off - we'll make sure another one of our exceptional female trainers steps in to take her place with you.

We have no membership fees at Fitness Lab either - simply pay for your sessions and nothing more. Can't get to the studio for a while? No problem - the sessions you've paid for never expire.

A confidence-inspiring training experience for women

At Fitness Lab, we do everything we can to make sure nothing stands in the way of your fitness goals. While some personal training services will pair you with any available coach, we completely respect the fact that some people feel more comfortable working 1-1 with a female personal trainer.

If you'd prefer to work exclusively with a female coach, there's no explanation needed, no special adjustments to be made at our end, and no limitations put on your sessions - we'll simply pair you up with the best personal trainer for you.

When you contact us to organise a free consultation, you're also more than welcome to request that a female coach gets in touch to arrange your session - and we'll make sure it happens.

Understanding cultural differences

London is an amazing place with people from many different cultures living or spending time here. Our team is made up of people who have a wide range of cultural backgrounds - so we understand that sometimes gyms and PT studios don't work for you if you have specific requirements.

For example - we appreciate that it might not be appropriate for a male personal trainer to work with you in a one-to-one environment. Equally, you might prefer to work out without covering your hair - but need to make sure you're in a female-only environment to do so.

We're proud to be part of such a diverse city - so we'll make sure your personal training experience is perfectly suited to your exact requirements.

Private "pod" studio space exclusively for you

When you train at Fitness Lab, you'll be working out in a private space that's reserved for you and your qualified personal trainer - no one else.

We call these spaces "pods" - and they're fully equipped with everything you need for the tailored workouts your coach puts together for you.

Our pod spaces don't just mean excellent levels of privacy while you're training either; they also mean the very best use of your time. With everything you need for cardio, mobility, and strength training, there's no sharing or waiting around for equipment required.

Completely bespoke training that's unique to you

We employ the best personal trainers in London. As such, all of the female personal trainers here at Fitness Lab have exceptional health and fitness knowledge - and they'll use that knowledge to put together a workout program that's exactly right for you.

You'll never get a generic "off the shelf" workout here at Fitness Lab. Our coaches will think about you, your goals, your experience, and your preferences before putting together a program that's completely unique.

Your program can also extend into other areas of life if you'd like it to. Your coach will be more than happy to help you think about lifestyle adjustments you can make elsewhere - whether that's around nutrition, supplements, rest, exercise outside the studio - or a host of other health-boosting areas.

Radomira is a great coach. Highly motivating, fun, excellent listener, sessions with her are never boring. She know how to push people out of the comfort zone without forcing them. Rare quality for a coach. The studio itself is optimally located at the heat of Soho and is very well equipped. The concept of a coach-only gym is not common and probably the best option for anyone who take their fitness seriously.

I have been with Fitness Lab for 2 years it has been a gradual transition to strength and fitness working with my excellent trainer Ash. It isn’t a quick fix to weight loss but a longer term investment in being a stronger me. With the individual focus I just don’t have to think about having to motivate myself, or worry about whether I am using the weights correctly, Ash takes care of that and gradually pushes me to push myself.

I chose Fitness Lab because the idea of a gym with a more intimate atmosphere, free from overwhelming crowds was very appealing to me. Originally, I planned to join for just a couple of months to get ready for summer, but here I am in November, still committed! The primary reason for that is my PT Radomira, who creates a customised program that suits my individual goals, always motivates me without pushing too hard and makes each session enjoyable and uplifting. I would absolutely recommend Fitness Lab to anyone who is looking get the best PT experience in London. It really helps to be working out in a private space rather than in a public gym and the facilities and equipment are all first-rate and well-maintained. I have to give a huge thank you to my PT, Ash, who has turbo-charged my training. He has put the time, effort and his knowledge into tailoring my workouts to achieve my goals. I don't feel like I'm aimlessly working out or unsure of whether I'm doing the right thing or not anymore and the results have been fantastic. I'm improving in areas that I have always struggled with and it just makes me even more motivated. Ash always brings the right vibe so that I look forward to each session rather than it feeling like a chore. He keeps the workouts varied to make things interesting and if there is ever something I can't do because of injury then he is able to adapt when necessary.
