We will never - ever - give you an off-the-shelf training program. Starting with your free consultation, we will get to know you, then put together a unique-to-you plan that works around your goals, your fitness level, and your schedule.
We help with every part of your fitness goal - from diet and eating advice to the lesser-thought-of aspects of personal training - including sleep, overcoming exercise anxiety, and changing the way you think about working out.

Private Studio Space That’s Exclusively Yours
We know open gyms aren’t for everyone - so we do things differently.
Your personal training sessions at Fitness Lab are held in a private “pod” space - spacious sections of our studios that are exclusively yours when you’re here.
Every pod is equipped with everything you need for your session - from weights and cardio equipment to mats, rollers, towels, and more.
No wiping equipment down before you use it, no waiting around or changing your routine on the fly, and no feeling of being watched while you workout.

When you get in touch, we’ll help you organise a completely free 1-hour studio consultation.
First, we’ll discuss you and your goals – so we can pair you with the very best coach.
Your coach will spend time getting to know, what you want to get from personal training, and showing you our facilities. We’ll use cutting-edge body-composition analysis to understand any specific strengths or areas to work on – then put together a bespoke 100-day plan.
