Sandra is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. She is also qualified in pre & post natal exercise. In 2015, she became a world pro fitness model, placing First at World Beauty Fitness & Fashion which was held at the 02 in London. Sandra’s knowledge in nutrition, body composition change and Pilates provide her with an excellent skill base and one that she uses in each and every one of her sessions with clients.

Sandra likes to ensure that each and every client she works with understands how to move and articulate every body part with perfect form. Though her knowledge in Pilates she is able to apply the detailed level of focus and precision of Pilates and apply it to strength training exercises. This unique combination allows her to coach her clients to move extremely well, get strong and move well for life. She does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach and makes sure every session is completely tailored to her clients individual needs. She really puts the personal into personal training.

On top of being the co-founder of Fitness Lab alongside partners Jack and Brett, Sandra is a mother of two daughters (Bianka and Quilla). Sandra loves to cook, travel, walk her dog Inca and exercise! Sandra is currently studying to become a qualified yoga instructor, in order to further her knowledge and understanding of the body to become an even better coach.
