At Fitness Lab, our individual training pod system means you will receive 100% attention and enjoy complete privacy at all times. You’ll never have to wait for equipment or have your session interrupted.

Injury & Rehab
If you suffer from back pain, have a sports injury, or experience niggling pain that hampers your progress in the gym, we can help. Our coaches are qualified to rehab and strengthen injuries, and can refer you to our expert partners to put together a detailed care and training plan. We encourage open communication between you, your coach and any specialists you are referred to, ensuring a holistic circle of care.
Mobility & Flexibility
Many of us spend too much time sitting at a desk, hunched over a laptop. This causes many problems and contributes to chronic pain in the back, shoulder, neck, hip and knee. We understand the importance of having a good range of motion in every joint and muscle. Improving your mobility will improve your performance in day-to-day life, AND in the gym. Through correctly coached movements and exercises, you will see improvements in your flexibility, posture and confidence in how you move on a day-to-day basis.
Pre & Post Natal
If you’re pregnant or have recently given birth, our Pre & Post Natal coaches can provide a carefully tailored programme to help you stay fit, healthy and strong throughout your pregnancy and into motherhood. We can remove the confusion around what you “can” and “can’t” do, to help you feel confident when it comes to exercising in a way that is safe for both you and baby.
