Matt is a UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer with a BSc and MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam University. Matt has experience working with both elite athletes as well as corporate clients. His experience includes working at the the highest level of many sports including football, tennis, cricket and rugby as well as working as a personal trainer in gyms around London and Surrey, helping everyone achieve their individualised goals.

Matt enjoys working with clients, working out how to get the best out of themselves and helping them achieve their goals. Matt ensures all programs are enjoyable and individualised for the client, knowing that what works for one, might not work for others.

In his own time, Matt enjoys spending time in the gym, as well as playing and watching all kinds of sports. Matt also enjoys socialising with friends and family as well as exploring new cities when the opportunities arise.
