Livia studied sport at university, then became a primary school teacher before transitioning to become a personal trainer (PT). She holds an L3 PT qualification and is currently studying the NASM women’s specialization course.

Livia firmly believes that the gym and fitness should add substantial value to one’s life. Her philosophy centers around training for longevity, aiming to ensure individuals can move around without pain for as long as possible. Her passion lies in cultivating strength and mobility to optimize the body’s capabilities and help people achieve their fitness goals.
Livia loves to travel and has explored over 55 countries. Her interests include hiking, exploring food markets, and practicing calisthenics. Currently, she’s dedicated to training for the Sierra Leone marathon in May.
