Train in a private workout space
Personal training at Fitness Lab isn’t like working with a personal trainer at an open gym. At our Soho and Fitzrovia studios, your sessions are held in your own personal training ‘pod’ – an area that’s exclusively yours while you work with your dedicated trainer.
In your pod, you have all the equipment you need – from cutting edge weight training and cardio equipment to conditioning and stretching space. You’ll never waste time queuing, you’ll never have to wipe the machines down before you start, and you’ll never have that feeling that you’re being watched by other gym users.
