Love for movement has brought me to Fitness Industry, where I have remained for over 8 years. I have worked with clients from different backgrounds, helping them bring about the best version of themselves. I hold L4 Obesity and Diabetes and L4 Nutrition Qualifications, which have equipped me to help clients not only with their training, yet a lifestyle.

I have undergone knee surgery, and the movement has helped me bounce back. There is so much more to exercise than a strong body. The benefits taken over to daily life are substantial. Therefore, I assist people in making movement part of their lives, improving their daily living quality.

My philosophy is is based on the following: Movement is to be enjoyed. Together we make it happen.

In my spare time, I love to train but also loveto read, dance, meditate & continually learn
