Rose grew up playing various sports such as Tennis, Swimming, and Karate. Dancing has also always been a passion of hers, having taken part in several competitions over the years. Having experience in different sports and activities has been beneficial as a personal trainer as it enables her to curate functional training programs that can supplement clients’ training for sports. After losing her dad to terminal cancer and witnessing her mum break both her ankles within three months of each other, she saw firsthand the importance of taking care of one’s health and body. She subsequently qualified in L3 Exercise Referral and L4 Diabetes and Obesity, now focusing on helping people move better, get stronger, and embrace all that life has to offer!
