As a qualified level 3 personal trainer, Ryan has conducted well over 6500 sessions in the past 5 years, working with a diverse range of clients. From the general population to athletes and individuals with disabilities, Ryan has tailored fitness programs to suit various needs.  Possessing a qualification in Exercise Referral, Ryan can cater to clients seeking to enhance their physical health to positively impact their lives. With a track record of success in this area, Ryan is enthusiastic about taking on new clients eager to improve their overall health and well-being. 

With a background in the British Army, one might expect Ryan’s sessions to be intense and demanding. However, from a young age, Ryan honed his coaching skills, mastering the art of adapting sessions to suit each client’s unique needs.  Recognising the significance of mental resilience in achieving goals, Ryan also values the support and encouragement essential to propel his clients beyond their targets. 

When Ryan isn’t at the gym, he often spends his time on the water, refining his sailing and rowing skills, or ventures out of the city for invigorating hikes with his dogs. Staying active is integral to Ryan’s lifestyle, and he prioritises movement and activity whenever he can.
