Professional Experience

After spending five years studying at the University College of Osteopathy in London, Yannick earned his degree in Osteopathy with a Distinction in 2020. Yannick dedicated over 1000 hours to using osteopathic hands-on techniques to enhance his patients’ wellbeing. Alongside his degree, Yannick worked as a personal trainer, CrossFit, and movement coach, with his primary focus being on improving individuals’ physical performance and educating clients on movement efficiency. 

Coaching Philosophy

Yannick’s aim as an osteopath and personal trainer is to encourage physical training while also considering energy management and injury prevention. He understands that every individual is unique, with their own set of circumstances, and Yannick takes these into consideration when creating a training plan tailored to the person’s goals. In addition to providing bespoke training, he strongly believes in training for longevity, which is a cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. Yannick also prioritises downtime and places a high importance on restfulness and recharging. He achieves this by incorporating activities such as meditation, enjoying long walks, and spending quality time with loved ones into his routine. 

Personal Interests

Yannick has a keen interest in grappling sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, which he dedicates time to practicing on a weekly basis. In addition to these sports, he harbours a deep passion for free diving, indulging in it whenever he visits his homeland Spain.
