After spending 5 years studying at the University College of Osteopathy in London, Yannick earned his degree in Osteopathy with a Distinction in 2020. He spent over 1000 hours using osteopathic hands on techniques to improve his patients wellbeing. Along side his degree Yannick worked as a personal trainer, CrossFit and movement coach where his main focus was to improve individuals physical performance and educate clients on movement efficiency.

Yannick’s aim as an Osteopath and Personal trainer is to encourage physical training whilst also considering energy management and injury prevention. Every individual is so different and has their very own circumstances which Yannick takes into consideration when creating a training plan to suit the persons goals. Apart from bespoke training he is a big believer in training for longevity which he includes in his coaching philosophy. Yannick also prioritised down time and places high importance on restfulness and recharging by meditating, enjoying long walks and spending time with loved ones.

Yannick has a big interest in grappling sports such as Brazilian Jui-jitsu and Wrestling which he practises on a weekly basis. As well as these two sports Yannick has a great passion for free diving which he does when he visits his homeland.
