Marc has been a personal trainer for over 10 years working and also has experience working in clinic as a soft tissue/rehabilitation injury specialist. He has worked with clients ranging from triathletes preparing for competition, footballers returning to competition level, through to a more senior population who want to regain movement capabilities and enjoy more independence in their daily lives.

Marc works with a philosophy of starting from where the client is 'successful' in terms of an exercise or movement pattern and then methodically building from there. It breeds confidence and ultimately long term success. He will always try to challenge and gently edge a client/athlete out of his/her comfort zone with every session completed. Consistent steady progress over the long haul is the most sustainable strategy. Marc also places a big emphasis on recovery methods utilised after each workout.

Continuing Education is a major passion of mine. I'm currently studying for a BSc In Strength and Conditioning. I also love to watch athletics primarily the 100/200 sprint events. I am also a big fan of travelling and exploring different cultures.
