When we say ‘bespoke’ – we really mean it. At Fitness Lab, there’s no such thing as an off-the-peg workout. Every single program we put together is tailored to the likes, dislikes, goals, abilities, and exercise history of the person we’re training.
While face-to-face time with your coach is mostly spent working out – they’re there for you outside your sessions too. Need some advice on eating choices? No problem. Need some ideas about adding activity to your days when you’re not in the studio? Again, no problem.
We’re even able to arrange online sessions or workout plans for if life/work takes you away from London for a while.

Collaborating with Health Professionals
While we know personal training inside out, we’re careful not to step into areas that we’re not qualified in – not least the medical expertise you get from your doctor or consultant.
This is why we’re always happy to follow your doctor’s guidance – as long as you approve – regarding any diagnosed condition you have or any procedures you’ve had or may have in the future. We’re perfectly able to follow specific medical studies and/or research specific approaches as required.
We work closely with several doctors and even in conjunction with a partner muscular skeletal specialist in one of our studios, who specialises in world-class surgical rehabilitation and ‘prehabilitation’ (exercise and treatment that prepares the body for surgery).
