At Fitness Lab, we pride ourselves on making everyone’s experience completely unique and bespoke to them – but Seth had previously been promised the same thing with another coach.

We don’t believe in membership fees, so we don’t have them. We want every client’s sessions to represent value for money – so when Seth has to rearrange, we understand, and we make it happen.

With past providers, I’d have had no choice but to cancel and be charged – but I know my coach understands that life can be busy and unpredictable at times – when I’m back, we pick straight back up again.”

The nature of health challenges and issues means they can crop up for anyone – whether you’re spending time with a personal trainer or not. When Seth needed our coaching to adapt, we had the knowledge and experience to confidently support him.

Seth: “Starting personal training was more about getting back in shape than losing weight – although I’m actually 25kg lighter now than I was when I was 50.

I’ve had some health challenges before and during my time with Fitness Lab, but my coach has always adapted my training and wider lifestyle advice to help – he’s just always there helping me take each step towards better health and fitness.”

Seth trains with Fitness Lab three times a week – and when work means his phone needs to be on or a session needs to be adjusted, it’s never an issue.
