Professional Experience
Joseph brings a strong rehabilitation and performance background to Fitness Lab, with experience across personal training, exercise referral, and neurological rehabilitation. During his time at Nuffield Health, he worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist and Personal Trainer, supporting individuals with chronic joint pain through structured exercise programmes.
Joe has also completed the Gray Institute Fellowship in Applied Functional Science, further developing his understanding of biomechanics and movement. His coaching combines technical expertise, movement analysis, and highly personalised programming to help clients train safely, effectively, and with long-term results in mind.

Joe believes training should be tailored to the individual, their goals, and their lifestyle. He focuses on creating sessions that are both effective and enjoyable, helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their journey.
His coaching style is approachable and empathetic, with a strong emphasis on consistency, movement quality, and building sustainable long-term progress.
Personal Interests
Outside of coaching, Joe enjoys climbing, mountaineering, and strength training, with much of his own training focused on endurance and movement quality. He is also a keen football fan and has a strong ongoing interest in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and continued professional development within health and performance.
