Professional Experience

Tom is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with experience working with amateur level combat athletes, team sport athletes and corporate clients who’s requirements range from sport related strength training, body composition and general health and wellbeing improvements. His academic career includes a Strength & Conditioning Science, BSC (Single Honors) 2016 – 2019, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist and UKSCA Weight Lifting for Sports Performance.

Coaching Philosophy

Toms clients can expect to push the limits of their comfort zones, under his guidance they will reach new levels of performance and reap the benefits which come with it. Based on a foundation of improving strength and movement quality, Tom believes training should supplement your lifestyle and will work closely with you to find the perfect balance in which your training improves other aspects of life.

Personal Interests

In his own time, Tom can be found practising his craft in the gym with a mixture of strength based training and various conditioning outlets such as boxing and swimming. As well as exploring his passion for nutrition, mainly Plant Based cooking, Tom enjoys spending time exploring cities and cultures around the world.
