Sandra likes to ensure that each and every client she works with understands how to move and articulate every body part with perfect form. Though her knowledge in Pilates she is able to apply the detailed level of focus and precision of Pilates and apply it to strength training exercises. This unique combination allows her to coach her clients to move extremely well, get strong and move well for life. She does not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach and makes sure every session is completely tailored to her clients individual needs. She really puts the personal into personal training.
