Gary brings a wealth of experience to Fitness Lab, having owned and operated two gyms over the past 15 years. His deep-rooted passion for fitness has led him to work extensively with Functional Bodybuilding in the USA for the past five years, focusing on training for longevity, health, and optimal movement.

Coaching Philosophy

His approach is centred around the philosophy of “look good, move well,” ensuring that his clients not only build strong, aesthetic physiques but also develop functional strength that translates into everyday life.  With years of hands-on experience, Gary understands that true fitness isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about moving with purpose, staying injury-free, and building sustainable habits that enhance both physical and mental well-being.

His training style blends strength, mobility, and conditioning, allowing clients to improve performance while maintaining a balanced, pain-free body.

Beyond the gym, Gary has a deep passion for exploring the world, meeting new people, and immersing himself in different cultures. He enjoys learning new languages and believes that personal growth extends beyond physical fitness.
