Sandra, co-founder of Fitness Lab, is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, with additional expertise in pre & postnatal exercise. In 2015, she achieved the title of World Pro Fitness Model, securing First place at the World Beauty Fitness & Fashion event held at the O2 in London. Sandra’s profound knowledge in nutrition, body composition change, and Pilates provides her with an excellent skill base, which she employs in each and every one of her sessions with clients. 

Sandra ensures that every client she works with comprehends how to move and articulate each body part with impeccable form. Leveraging her expertise in Pilates, she seamlessly integrates the detailed focus and precision of Pilates into strength training exercises. This distinctive blend enables her to guide her clients toward exceptional movement quality, strength, and lifelong mobility. Rejecting a “one-size-fits-all” approach, Sandra meticulously tailors each session to meet her clients’ individual needs, truly embodying the essence of personalised training.

In addition to co-founding Fitness Lab with partners Jack and Brett, Sandra, a mother of two daughters named Bianka and Quilla, juggles her roles with ease. Outside of her professional commitments, Sandra finds joy in cooking, traveling, walking her dog Indi, and exercising.
