Private "Pod" Space That's Exclusively Yours When You're Here
We’re not wild about large public gyms, so we take a totally different approach.
At Fitness Lab, you’ll workout in a private “pod” space the private, appointment-only Central London studio that’s most convenient for you.
Each pod is a private space that’s for you and your coach only while you’re here. Every pod has all the world-class equipment you need too – from weights and cardio machines through to mats, rollers, towels and more.
There’s no feeling of being watched while you exercise, no waiting for equipment, and no wiping things down before you get started.

Support That Extends Beyond Our Studios
While exercise is proven to have an incredible effect on mental well-being, there are other areas of physical health that can play an important part too. The good news is, we know those inside-out too – and we’re more than happy to support you with any of them.
Perhaps you’d like to make some eating adjustments to help with mental clarity, support losing weight, or toning up? No problem. Or maybe you’d like to know a little more about improving sleep quality or low-intensity exercise you can do on days when you’re not in the studio? Again, no problem.
You’ll be able to talk to your coach as much as you need for advice around anything relating to your goals – whenever you need it.
