Professional Experience
Ethan holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, alongside a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. He brings together a strong academic background with practical coaching experience and clinical insight. His experience includes cardiac rehabilitation, exercise physiology research and physiological testing, giving him a detailed understanding of how the body responds to training. This allows him to design programmes that are structured, measurable and tailored to each individual

Ethan’s coaching philosophy is built around understanding human physiology and applying exercise science in a practical, effective way. He believes that the best results come from individualised training programmes that are adapted to how each person responds.
His approach is evidence-based, structured and focused on sustainable progress, helping clients improve performance, long-term health and longevity.
Personal Interests
Outside of coaching, Ethan enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through sprint training, long-distance running and hiking. He also remains involved in exercise physiology research studies, with a particular interest in VO₂ max testing and human performance.
