As a co-founder of Fitness Lab, Brett boasts over 17 years of professional experience and a track record of delivering over 25,000 PT sessions. Specialising in catering to general population clients, he assists them in achieving a wide array of health, fitness, and wellness objectives. Throughout his career, Brett has pursued numerous continued professional development courses, including sports massage therapy and body composition expertise, enhancing his coaching proficiency. In addition to formal education, Brett dedicates at least 4-5 hours per week to self-study, prioritising ongoing learning as a cornerstone of his practice. 

Coaching Philosophy

Brett’s coaching philosophy revolves around maximising the potential of each client and every session through a calm, well-structured, and sustainable approach. He firmly believes that results stem from trust and prioritises building authentic and trusting relationships with each client to optimize their coaching experience. In addition to his dedication to professional education in exercise science, Brett invests significant time studying human psychology to refine and advance his coaching techniques. He emphasises the power of effective communication in guiding individuals toward achieving any goal. 

Personal Interests

As an entrepreneur, Brett finds immense satisfaction and joy in growing his fitness business, which serves to empower others to reach their full potential. Alongside his wife Sandra, who is also a qualified coach and co-founder, training extends beyond the gym into their home. Brett prioritises family time, reading, and walking the dog among his personal interests.
