Professional Experience

Ben is a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer. Ben has also completed a degree in Sports Science at Bournemouth University, giving him a strong academic foundation in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and performance training.

In addition to his core qualifications, Ben holds advanced certifications, including Level 4 Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning, allowing him to provide comprehensive fitness and dietary guidance tailored to individual goals. He is also a qualified boxing coach, adding a dynamic and high-energy element to his training programs.

Coaching Philosophy

Ben believes that successful training begins with truly understanding each client’s unique needs, goals, and motivations. Known for his excellent listening skills, Ben takes the time to get to know his clients on a personal level, allowing him to tailor his approach to what drives them most. His coaching philosophy is centered around mastering the fundamentals—he focuses on building simple, effective habits that form the foundation of long-term success. Ben emphasises consistency and incremental progress, helping clients develop sustainable routines that lead to lasting results.

By gradually building on these habits, he ensures that clients continuously improve without hitting plateaus, keeping them motivated and engaged throughout their fitness journey. For Ben, it’s about creating a positive, personalised training experience that leads to real, lasting change.

Personal Interests

Outside of personal training, Ben is passionate about the sport of boxing and enjoys watching matches whenever they’re on. It’s a sport that inspires his dedication to fitness and keeps him motivated. In addition to his love for boxing, Ben values spending time with his friends, believing that socialising and staying connected helps create a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.
