Professional Experience

Alexandra has been passionate about fitness for the past eight years, dedicating the last five of them to helping others transform their lifestyles as a personal trainer. Her experience has seen her guide many individuals on their journey to better health, instilling confidence and motivation along the way. Her own fitness journey took an exciting turn when she decided to compete in a bodybuilding show, an experience that deepened her love for training and revealed the incredible potential of the human body when paired with the right mindset and unwavering dedication.

In addition to personal training, Alexandra expanded her expertise by qualifying as a sports massage therapist, a skill she has been practising for the past two years. Always keen to grow her knowledge, she is currently enrolled in the How to Train the Female Athlete course, a step that reflects her commitment to understanding and supporting her clients in the best way possible. With an insatiable curiosity and drive to keep learning, Alexandra is already looking forward to her next area of study, ensuring she continues to bring fresh insights and techniques to her work.

Alexandra’s training philosophy is rooted in a balanced and personalised approach. She believes in meeting clients where they are in their fitness journey, crafting tailored programmes that align with their individual goals, and fostering a positive, supportive mindset throughout the process.

For Alexandra, fitness is about far more than just building physical strength. It’s about cultivating confidence, resilience, and sustainable habits that enhance overall well-being. Her approach emphasises consistency, adaptability, and a holistic view of health, integrating exercise, nutrition, recovery, and mental focus to ensure clients achieve lasting success.

Personal Interests

Alexandra has a deep appreciation for staying active and embracing the outdoors. She enjoys cycling and taking long walks, finding peace and inspiration in nature. A fan of lifelong learning, she also loves listening to podcasts, always eager to explore new ideas and perspectives. While she remains passionate about fitness and competition, Alexandra has her sights set on trying something new. If she decides not to compete again in the future, boxing is at the top of her list as the next skill she’d love to master.
