Professional Experience

Yuliya brings a unique blend of medical knowledge and hands-on coaching experience to her work as a personal trainer. She currently designs and delivers personalised strength, conditioning, and weight-management programmes for a diverse client base in London, with a strong focus on safe movement, sound technique, and long-term health outcomes. Earlier in her coaching career, she worked in both private and group training environments, supporting clients with fat loss, muscle development, and post-injury rehabilitation.

Her ability to adapt training for individuals with medical or orthopaedic limitations sets her apart and ensures every programme is tailored, considered, and effective. Before moving fully into fitness, Yuliya spent over seven years working as a medical doctor and pharmacology assistant in a major regional hospital and medical university. This background gives her a deep understanding of anatomy, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, which she applies daily to help clients train with confidence and longevity in mind.

Coaching Philosophy

Yuliya believes in a science-driven approach to training that balances evidence-based methods with genuine care and motivation. Her goal is to improve overall wellbeing, build confidence, and help clients feel capable in their bodies. Every programme is designed to be safe, empowering, and sustainable, supporting progress that lasts well beyond the gym.

Personal Interests

Outside of coaching, Yuliya enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and learning new languages. She leads an active lifestyle and regularly challenges herself through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sports competitions, cycling including long-distance events, and skiing. Staying active and continually learning is a core part of who she is, both personally and professionally.
