Suli is a certified personal trainer with extensive experience coaching women across all stages of their fitness journey. She specialises in strength training, body recomposition, and sustainable fat loss, with additional expertise in pre- and post-natal training. Her work is rooted in helping clients build strong, capable bodies while developing confidence and trust in the process.

Outside of the gym, Suli enjoys staying active through tennis and long walks in nature.
