Professional Experience

Siara began her professional fitness career at 9Round, delivering high-energy, 1-to-1 kickboxing sessions designed to maximise results in just 30 minutes. She is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach at F45 Training, where she leads both strength-focused and cardio-hybrid classes, developing muscular endurance, agility and team-based performance.

Her foundations in movement began with Taekwondo, earning her first and second-degree black belts by the age of 16. Combined with a background in dance and choreography, this has given her a strong focus on technique, posture and movement quality, which remain central to her coaching.

Coaching Philosophy

Siara believes fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable. She creates sessions that are challenging yet uplifting, helping clients build confidence while improving strength and performance.

Her coaching style is collaborative and supportive, with a strong emphasis on form and mindset. She encourages clients to push beyond perceived limits while always feeling guided and empowered.

Personal Interests

Outside the gym, Siara is an avid runner who regularly pursues new personal bests. She also practises yoga to stay grounded and balanced.

She enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, reading fiction and memoirs, and spending time baking or knitting.
