Whether we like it or not, our bodies act and perform differently as we age. For men, muscle mass decreases between 3-8% per decade after we turn 30 – and that rate of decline increases as we approach and pass 60.

You’ll train 1-1 with a dedicated personal trainer in a space that’s exclusively yours during your session, ensuring you have the equipment, attention, and environment needed to maximise your workout.
In fact, our set up makes us confident that you’ll get more done in 2 or 3 hours with us than you would in double that trying to work out in a public gym.
