Mantas brings a uniquely diverse background to his role at Fitness Lab. Having worked across a wide range of industries – from hands-on labouring on building sites, to selling computer software, to training and developing warehouse teams, and even helping businesses grow on the world’s largest online retail platform – he has developed an exceptional ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

This breadth of experience has shaped his natural talent for understanding human behaviour, building rapport quickly, and guiding others through change. With over fifteen years of personal involvement in fitness and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Mantas is deeply committed to supporting individuals in improving their health, confidence and overall wellbeing. His wide-ranging professional journey gives him a grounded, relatable approach that clients consistently appreciate.

Coaching Philosophy

Mantas is driven by the belief that confidence – both in oneself and in the training process – is the foundation of long-term success. Whether someone is just starting their fitness journey or looking to progress into more advanced training, he adapts his approach entirely around the individual in front of him.

No two people are the same and he never treats them as such. Every programme he designs is tailored with meticulous care to ensure it aligns with each client’s goals, lifestyle, experience level and preferences. His role is not only to teach proper training principles, but to empower people to trust their abilities, stay consistent, and discover what they’re truly capable of.

Personal Interests

Outside the studio, Mantas is passionate about sport in many forms. Football sits at the top of the list – both playing and watching – but he also enjoys squash, tennis, cycling and more recently Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which has added a fresh challenge to his athletic routine.

Family and close friends are a central part of his life, and he spends much of his downtime with the people who matter most to him. When he wants to unwind, he enjoys reading and keeping his mind sharp with sudoku puzzles.
