Lucy comes from a strong sporting background, having competed in hockey at a semi-professional level and represented teams in New Zealand and internationally. Years of high-level sport have shaped her disciplined yet approachable coaching style, giving her a deep understanding of structured training, consistency, and long-term progression.

Lucy believes that training should be enjoyable, purposeful, and confidence-building. Her approach centres on helping clients feel capable both inside and outside the gym, regardless of their starting point. She is known for being approachable, supportive, and highly client-focused, creating sessions that feel achievable while still delivering meaningful progress. Lucy places a strong emphasis on consistency and building confidence, ensuring clients not only get stronger physically but also develop a positive relationship with training and movement.

Personal Interests

Outside the gym, Lucy maintains an active lifestyle and continues to enjoy playing hockey. She has a passion for travel, particularly exploring this side of the world, and values a balanced, social lifestyle alongside her training and coaching career.
