Professional Experience

As well a being a co-founder of Fitness Lab, Jack is a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, holding a degree in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences. He has had the privilege of working across various settings, ranging from elite sports to corporate environments, including international experiences such as in Geneva, Switzerland. With a keen interest in enhancing overall human performance, Jack is dedicated to optimizing performance both within and beyond the gym environment. 

Coaching Philosophy

Jack used to believe he required an extensive and impressive coaching philosophy, but now he adheres to just one word: ‘adaptable’. Recognising the ever-evolving nature of the health and fitness industry, he understands the importance of staying current and flexible. He devotes himself to continuously learning about human performance and staying abreast of the latest knowledge to ensure he remains relevant and effective in his coaching approach. 

Personal Interests

Outside of coaching and the gym, Jack enjoys spending time with his partner Rachel and their dog Ruthie, often taking leisurely walks together. A passionate sports enthusiast, Jack can be found watching or participating in a variety of sports, ranging from NFL to cricket. He thrives on social interactions, cherishing moments with friends and engaging in outdoor activities whenever possible. Whether it’s through sports or outdoor adventures, Jack finds joy in staying active and connecting with others.
