We’re not big fans of public gyms here at Fitness Lab – so we do things differently.
Here, you don’t work out in an open space; you have your own dedicated “pod” space that’s yours and no one else’s while you’re here.
This means you have all the equipment you need around you, the sole focus of your coach, and no feeling of being watched as you exercise. What’s more, no distractions means the very best use of your time – we’re confident we can do more with two or three sessions a week than most people can do with double that in a public gym.

What Does a Consultation Involve?

We’ll get in touch, chat with you about you and your specific goals, then invite you to come and meet the personal trainer that we think will be a perfect match.
The consultation takes around an hour – and during that time your coach will talk to you about your goals, your exercise likes and dislikes, any previous exercise history you might have, and any challenges that your condition brings. Of course, we’ll also show you around and answer any questions you have.
There’s never any pressure to become a Fitness Lab client – just an opportunity to decide if we might be a good addition to your life.
No Contracts, No Membership Fees, and No Obligation
We don’t want you to feel like you have to come and work out at Fitness Lab, so we don’t have any contracts or membership fees – you pay for your sessions and nothing more.
