During his career, Tudyne has worked with professional sports clubs and also with various professional and semi-professional athletes. Tudvyne’s real passion is to work to allow people to improve and optimise movement for daily productivity. Through his experience, Tudvyne is able create tailored blocks of training to allow general population to feel and train like athletes. Tudvyne holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and uses the knowledge and expertise gained through this qualification to work with and bring injured individuals back to full functionality.

Tudvyne likes to apply simple yet consistent approaches to his coaching and summarises this best as ‘Put in the work and reap the rewards’.

In his spare time, Tudvyne enjoys cooking (especially foods from different cultures), watching anime, traveling, football, boxing, jiu-jitsu and MMA.
