To gain a deeper understanding of what is going on inside your body, blood testing allows us to look at a wide range of biomarkers, offering an overview of your health from nutrient status to immune function. Repeating this test can give you a clear picture of how your health is evolving and how your body is responding to changes in your diet and/or training.

If you are suffering from a sports injury (such as a strain or sprain), joint pain or arthritis, are recovering from surgery, or have recurring back and neck pain, then physiotherapy may be a useful tool for you to use in your rehabilitation. Your physio and PT can work together to help you regain your strength and fitness faster and help to prevent old injuries recurring. Physiotherapy can also form a part of pre and postnatal care.
