Omali completed a degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2012 and shortly after gained his Level 3 personal training qualification. Omali has over 9 years of experience as a personal trainer and has helped a vast number of clients achieve their goals. He also holds a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition and Sports Nutrition which gives him further insight into understanding his client's needs and assisting them in making healthier choices. In addition to this, he also holds a 'Women's Fitness Specialist' qualification as well as a 'Performance Enhancement Specialist' qualification which helps him understand the needs of female clients more specifically as well as providing further insight into taking his clients' training to the next level.

Omali believes that the key to achieving a happier, healthier lifestyle is having the right mindset. His aim is to educate, motivate, empower, and inspire clients to achieve their full potential through structured guidance which in turn will help build self confidence and resilience.

I love everything about fitness and exercise! As a result, I spend a lot of time improving my own physique and physical capabilities. I absolutely love a challenge and often take part in obstacle course races each year. What I love above all else is spending time with my wife and our two (very) energetic sons! Family means everything.
