Meet The Founders

Fitness Lab was founded by Brett, Jack and Sandra, who together share a passion for changing peoples' lives through fitness. With over three decades of experience between them, they understand the importance of keeping clients at the very heart of everything Fitness Lab does.

The founding partners remain active in both management and delivery of personal training, in order to ensure constant learning and professional development. They are constantly striving to help more people change their lives by embracing fitness and achieving balance with both exercise and nutrition.

Jack

Jack

Jack is a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a degree in Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences. Jack has been fortunate enough to work at both ends of the training spectrum, from elite sport to corporate clients, in both the UK and abroad. He has a passion for all round human performance and strives to improve his clients performance both in and out of the gym.

Brett

Brett has over 13 years of professional experience and has delivered close to 17,000 PT sessions across London. He has mainly dealt with general population clients, helping them to reach a range of health, fitness and wellness goals. Since qualifying, Brett has actively kept learning, carrying out a number of professional development courses including sports massage therapy and body composition expertise.

Sandra

Sandra

Sandra is a qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, with additional qualifications in pre and post natal exercise. In 2015, she became a world pro fitness model, placing 1st at World Beauty Fitness and Fashion in London. Sandra’s knowledge in nutrition, body composition change and Pilates provide her with an excellent skill base and one that she uses in each and every one of her sessions with clients.
