Leigh has worked in the personal training industry since 2011 after completing his degree in Sport & Exercise Science in 2010. In that time he has coached hundreds of clients in both Leeds and Surrey to transform the shape and health of their bodies. His passion for continued education has led him into numerous areas of mind-body health studies. He is a certified CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Destination Wellbeing® Practitioner and Transformational Breath® facilitator.

You are only as strong as your weakest link. It’s therefore imperative to address the underlying imbalances in our mind-body system to achieve optimal health and body transforming results – You cannot build a strong, lean body if you’ve got a dysfunctional core, you’re stress levels are through the roof or you’re eating nutrient-deficient junk food! Leigh believes in using the “minimal effective dose” to create the desired outcome for his clients – 80% of your results will come from 20% of your daily habits. And lastly, fitness has to be fun…you must learn to love the journey!

Outside of fitness, Leigh loves to spend his time outdoors. He loves mountain biking, golfing, kitesurfing and spending a week in the mountains snowboarding every winter. He also enjoys cooking and indulging in fine food and wine with friends and family (on occasion!)
