I am a ASCA accredited Strength and Condition Coach with a BSs in sport and exercise science and a PG-dip in strength and conditioning coaching. I have been a strength and conditioning coach working with youth athletes as well as a personal trainer for over 3 years. I have helped hundreds of clients reach their goals whether it be improving their strength & performance, weight management, or simply just moving better. Whatever your goal I can help you get there.

My passion for coaching stems from my ability to help others. I enjoy being able to work with a wide range of clients and athletes of all expertise to help push themselves past their expectations in the gym and, seeing that eventuate in improvements in their day-to-day life. My Coaching style is designed to suit your lifestyle yet still helping you reach your goals.

If I’m not in the gym I’m either on the Sports field playing or coaching hockey, traveling, in the kitchen cooking or trying out new places to eat and drink (in moderation).
