Professional Experience

Ollie holds a BSc in Strength and Conditioning Science and has been in the fitness industry for about 7 years. In that time, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, including general population, NCAA Division 1 American Football Players (some who have gone on to the NFL), youth cricketers and Muay Thai and MMA fighters.

Coaching Philosophy

Mobility and stability are key to all fitness goals. If we lack the required mobility or stability component at a joint, it is made up elsewhere in the body which leads to inefficient movement and potentially injury. Both of which will bring any fitness goal to a complete standstill, whether its losing body fat, building muscle or running a marathon.

Personal Interests

Fitness wise Ollie enjoys lifting weights. He has previously trained in boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu (he has competed at two Jiu-Jitsu competitions, earning a silver medal at super heavyweight). Outside of fitness, Ollie enjoys watching MMA, American Football, video games and is a huge comic book nerd.
