Professional Experience

Emily qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2018 and joined the team at a really exciting time, at the launch of our second studio in Fitzrovia. Since starting her coaching career with Fitness Lab, Emily has also qualified as a pre and post natal Personal Trainer. Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, she graduated from university with a degree in business and language studies.

Coaching Philosophy

Emily's coaching philosophy is grounded in trust; she prioritises building strong relationships with her clients and providing them with the support they need to achieve their goals, whatever they may be. She is a firm believer in the saying “a healthy body, a healthy mind” and is committed to helping people achieve balance and develop a positive relationship with both exercise and nutrition. Emily is passionate about making a positive change in people’s lives through movement and nutrition. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her clients confidence grow as you work together.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, you will likely find Emily at the gym working on her own training or in the kitchen trying out new recipes (with varying levels of success). Aside from fitness, she also loves to draw, so you can often find her doodling in a sketchpad.
