  • Do you have monthly memberships?

    No. Fitness Lab operates a simple a pay-as-you-go system – that way, you’re only purchasing sessions that you actually use. If you’re attending regularly, our larger blocks offer a price discount. To view all of our pricing packages please click here.
  • Can I use my session credits in different studios?

    Yes absolutely. Our simple pricing model means the price is the same for our services in all studios. You can use your sessions with our coaches across any studio.
  • I’ve never been to the gym before – is that OK?

    One of the best things about Personal Training is that it can be adapted to any fitness level, age or ability. With every session comes increased confidence and strength.   • Do you have changing rooms?

    Yes. Our studios have luxury changing rooms filled with bath and body products, hair dryers, hair straighteners and large bath towels. We have everything you need to come, train, shower up and move on to your next meeting feeling refreshed and smelling great!
  • Is there a beginner’s session?

    No, but every client starts by completing our free consultation which enables us to understand all about you and your requirements to ensure your training program and experience is completely tailored. During the free consultation we ensure we learn everything we possibly can about you, your goals and your requirements. We will never work too quickly or too slowly.   • Can I train if I have an injury?

    Of course - training will be really important to help you recover and strengthen after injury. The best step is to come in for your free consultation and talk us through your injury so that we can come up with a plan of action to get you fighting fit. You can book your free consultation here.
  • Can I train if I am pregnant, or have recently had a baby?

    Yes, absolutely. Your body needs to be at its strongest right now. Unless you've been specifically advised not to by your doctor, training is key to help prepare your body for, and recover from, labour.
  • Do you offer nutritional advice?

    Yes - when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals, the work you put in outside of the gym is just as important as the work you do inside the gym. Your coach will go over your current diet with you and help you figure out what changes to make to help you get to where you want to be. We understand that these changes aren't always easy to make - so we offer constant support every step of the way. 
  • What can I expect from a session at Fitness Lab?

    In a 1-1 session at Fitness Lab, you'll receive expert attention from passionate and devoted trainers. We'll push your body through a challenging workout that's tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals. To maximise the time you spend in the studio with us, we'll also provide support and guidance when it comes to nutrition to ensure you reach all of your goals efficiently and effectively.
  • How many sessions per week should I do?

    This varies hugely from person to person - after discussing your goals in the free consultation your trainer will put forward a suggested training schedule for you taking into account all of your personal requirements & needs.
  • What results can I expect?

    You get out what you put in. We are here to support you every step of the way, but we only see you for a couple of hours per week, so it’s super important that you take on our advice when it comes to everything you’re doing outside of our sessions, too, especially when it comes to nutrition.
  • Do you offer 2-on-1 training?

    100%. Training with a partner can be fun and can also improve commitment to training. As with 1-1 personal training, everything starts via our free consultation. You can book this here.
  • Do you provide body composition scanning?

    Yes - all of our PT clients get a MyZone belt free of charge (Myzone is a wireless heart rate tracking and body composition monitoring system). Not only does this allow us to measure and track your body composition, but it also allows us to have a live feed of your effort level, heart rate and calories burned during each session. You can also download an app so you can see all of your health data points at anytime.
  • Do you provide water?

    Yes, all of our studios have filtered fountains or taps where you can fill up your water bottle. All we ask is that you bring a bottle along as we are now completely plastic free.
  • Do you have childcare at the studio?

    No. Unfortunately, we just don’t have the room to have little ones waiting around.
  • Can I come and look around?

    Please do! You’re more than welcome to pop in - if our coaches are in between sessions they would love to show you around and get to know more about you and your goals.
  • How do I book a session?

    The initial step is to book a free consultation which you can do by completing the contact form here. Once you've completed your free consultation, your coach will work with you to book all of the sessions, times & dates you require. Where possible, we encourage you to choose regular slots and commit to them every week. Consistency is key!
  • Is there a cancellation policy?

    We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session - any late cancel or no-show will be charged as though you attended.
  • How do I get started?

    Getting started is easy. We offer a free consultation which enables you to come to the studio, meet with one of the team, view the facilities and most importantly discuss your health and fitness goals. Simply click here and complete the form and we will assist you in getting booked at a time convenient for you.
  • Do I get to choose who I train with?

    If you have a preference for a male or female trainer, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this in our training schedule! Rest assured, you will be in good hands whoever you train with.
  • Do you offer refunds?

    No. All sessions purchased are non-refundable. If you can not use your sessions and would like to pass them onto a friend or family member we are more than happy to accommodate this.
  • Can I share my session credits?

    Yes. We often have families purchase large blocks of sessions which can then be used by the whole family. We also have corporate blocks which are purchased for the team members to use.
  • Do you offer a laundry & kit storage service?

    Yes. We provide a laundry and kit storage service meaning your kit will always be fresh and ready for you each time you train. We bill annually in advance for this service which secures a space for you to keep your kit within the studio.
