Having personally navigated the challenges of being overweight and also experiencing a negative relationship with food, Chloe understands the journey to self-improvement on a deeply personal level. Determined to transform her own life, she became her own advocate, shedding light on the power of perseverance, education, and self-belief. Armed with this passion and insight, Chloe pursued her Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification; 2018 marked the beginning of her journey within the fitness industry.

Since then, she has worked with over 200 clients either in person or online, dedicating herself to continuous learning and growth, expanding her expertise to better serve clients with diverse goals and needs. In addition to her foundational certification, Chloe has obtained specialised qualifications in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition, Women’s Health & Physiology, and she is currently in the process of completing her PN1 Nutrition qualification. Her professional journey is deeply rooted in the commitment to be the supportive cheerleader, trusted friend, and knowledgeable guide she once longed for on her own path to transformation.

Chloe’s coaching philosophy is simple: she’s here to help individuals become the best version of themselves. Empowering clients to thrive both physically and mentally, she adopts a personalised and collaborative approach. Together, they work in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, setting goals that are meaningful to the individual and focusing on what works best for their unique journey. Recognising the significance of mindset and lifestyle alongside fitness, Chloe tackles all aspects of her clients’ well-being to unlock their full potential.

When Chloe is not coaching, you can find her exploring the UK hiking and completing Ultra Challenges, traveling to a new country, or reading a good book!
