Our studios have been specifically designed to allow for the best workout experience in the best environment. Individual training pods mean no queuing for equipment and no waiting around. All of our studios provide luxury changing facilities, laundry and kit storage service, the best equipment and even coffee before workouts.

Amazing hidden gem in the heart of Soho. What sets it apart is all the staff make an effort to get to know you, whether you’re training with them or not. It’s never too busy as everyone there is with a PT, each of whom has their own space. I’m also making use of the on-site physio who is fantastic, and is always in touch with my PT so my training works around my knee injury. Highly recommend.
